Raised in the artists and photographers colony of Carmel California, Bill moved to Sydney in 1998. He became a naturalised Australian in 2004 and lives and works in his home studio in the quaint town of Bowral 2 hours south of Sydney.
Bill has won numerous international awards for his advertising, graphic design and illustrations.
