It goes without saying, the work presented here was a team effort.
I have had the very good luck and great pleasure to work with some outstanding talent over thirty years.

I once heard a fascinating talk by a pre-eminent designer (Milton Glaser) who said (in essence) the difference between plagiarism and influence is one of giving credit. I don't intend to take full credit for all of the work shown here, but to some degree or another I have had my hand in it. I couldn't even explain it to my mother, so what can I say. If I was unclear as to who did what, my apologies: I tried to keep it simple.
